Our villa which is located at Formby Court, Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando, is a single storey 5 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa with upgrades in virtually every area. It dominates a prime location within a cul-de-sac overlooking the lake and playground. The villa is fully air conditioned with decor and furnishings having been upgraded to the highest standard.
The villa has a formal dining room to enjoy your culinary delights (or a take-away) as well as a breakfast bar with 4 stools for a less formal snack. The living area boasts leather sofa’s and designer furniture to help unwind while reading or listening to your favourite CD. The main living area also hosts a 51 inch HD ready Plasma TV and DVD player - we have a small library of about 50 childrens and blockbuster movies. Just bring a laptop as we provide unlimted wifi.
Through the patio doors you can enjoy the fantastic south facing pool area with the 30ft heated pool plus spa. The tranquil view of the lake is the perfect background from which to soak up the sun or relax in the pool - with extended decking and ample furniture. For those looking for some shade we have a large umbrella to provide some respite from the sun. The pool and spa has a delightful spill-over feature which keeps the mood calm with the sound of gently running water.
Lake Berkley is a private gated community with a spring fed lake, sandy beach, tennis courts, volleyball courts, coffee shop, children's playground and 200ft clubhouse. The main lake which we back on to is well-stocked and fishing is on a 'catch and release' basis. The Fishing Pier is the perfect place to fish, in addition to the fish the lake is home to a number of large turtles, some of which are over 50 years old. The island on the lake is also a sanctuary for ducks and birds which kids can enjoy feeding as they walk around. The private Clubhouse with cyber-cafe provides internet, arcade games, pool tables, lounge area, concierge and gym with treadmill, stair climber, bike and Nautilus equipment. To the rear of the clubhouse is the infinity pool and hot-tub. A poolside Tiki Bar is open for guests between 4pm – 8pm at Hapimag. For those seeking a quieter pastime there is a jogging track / nature trail around the resort as well as a peaceful gazebo overlooking the main lake.
